xcb-util-cursor diff

Include LOCALBASE/share/icons in default cursor path, to follow what
x11/libXcursor does. This allows using just the Xcursor.theme in .Xresourc=
es
(or Inherits in .icons/default/index.theme) for applications using
xcb-util-cursor, namely i3, without having to set any environment variables=
 --
that's what all applications using libXcursor get.

I have chosen to patch the configure instead of using --with-cursorpath as =
the
latter *overrides* the paths predefined in configure and it doesn't look
entirely correct.
