I have our squid cache box crashing in the same way after three weeks of uptime usually. No panic, no DDB prompt, just silent reboot. It's P-II/233, Intel BX chipset, AHA-2940U2W with two disks, fxp ethernet driver. Runs squid, mysql and several virtual http servers. Actually has almost no load because of small userbase. Softupdates enabled on all but / filesystem.
