I have no idea what Sakib intended to say about the btoa (binary to ascii)
program.  But earlier this year I did notice that there's a bug in it if
you encode on a 32-bit platform and decode on a 64-bit platform, or visa-
versa.  I wrote some updates to fix that for my own use, but haven't tried
to send those changes to whoever is currently responsible for the program.
