First I've got a little note: "acpi0: AcpiGetSleepTypeData failed - AE_NOT_FOUND" Wouldn't it be a lot more userfriendly to display: "acpi0: Sleep mode type 1 not supported, available modes are: 0 3 4 5" or a similar error. Is such a patch trivial to do ? If so, I'll do it. Second, my display doesn't get waked up again. I just get a black screen. I read somewhere about setting: hw.syscons.sc_no_suspend_vtswitch=1 but it doesn't work. The screen stays black. And if I start X, I crash instantly. Then, the soundcard has no wakeup code: pcm0@pci0:2:7: class=0x040100 card=0x200017c0 chip=0x70121039 rev=0xa0 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS)' device = 'SiS7012 PCI Audio Accelerator' class = multimedia subclass = audio Jan 28 16:28:13 kernel: pcm0: ac97 codec failed to reset extended mode (1, got 0) Jan 28 16:28:13 kernel: pcm0: CODEC semaphore timeout Jan 28 16:28:13 kernel: pcm0: ac97 codec reports dac not ready Jan 28 16:28:13 kernel: pcm0: CODEC semaphore timeout Jan 28 16:29:35 kernel: pcm0: Unhandled interrupt, gs_intr = 86 Martin Martin Blapp, ------------------------------------------------------------------ ImproWare AG, UNIXSP & ISP, Zurlindenstrasse 29, 4133 Pratteln, CH Phone: +41 61 826 93 00 Fax: +41 61 826 93 01 PGP: PGP Fingerprint: B434 53FC C87C FE7B 0A18 B84C 8686 EF22 D300 551E ------------------------------------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
