I had similar problemw with innd and 2.2.2-RELEASE....  I think I found
a workaround for the problem (the system has not rebooted for over a
week now:

	Every 6 hours, I rtun a cron job that restarts  innd.

I can take head or tails of this...  I just know it seems to work
(knowck on wood).
