I did not include ports-mgmt/portmk/ in the patch, which I left to the
discretion of portmgr.

The change in portlint now causes the MD5 line in distinfo to be fatal,
if you decide to manually update portlint (PORTREVISION was not bumped
to not enforce MD5 removal).
