You don't get anything for the ($) BSDI support. I've paid it.  And
if you come up with a problem they haven't come across before 10
times you don't get squat.

Solutions to the problems people have come across 10 times before with
FreeBSD are available for free via the mail archive or just asking
freebsd-questions@freebsd.org.
