That means your drive probably has space for 64 transactions at a time.
Congratulations, you've got a decent drive. :)

You don't do anything about it.  It's merely informational.  If it goes
down to zero, though, that would indicate a buggy drive.  (one that
continually sends queue full, or doesn't handle tagged queueing well, or
something like that)
