I actually enjoyed your presentation and paper quite a bit, and I'm sorry I did not get a chance to tell you this at the time. It gave a good description of the various issues faced by translation teams. All of us -doc folks should really go read this paper. I think your call for a "doc freeze" during the release cycle is a good idea, and I'd like to see us start doing this. Personally, I also need to keep you (and any other translators) better informed about the state of the release notes, as we go through each release. (Your English, by the way, is much better than the little Japanese that I know, most of which comes from eating sushi and watching old reruns of "Iron Chef".) Cheers, Bruce.
