Hmm, I'd like to get a portmgr@ or gnome@ decision on this.  Most ports
I've encountered install gtk-doc files in DOCSDIR and even bsd.gnome.mk
sets --with-html-dir=${PREFIX}/share/doc.  The fact it is API
documentation is not important I think because the entire port is for
developers only.
