Please don't say "our" when you mean yourself only. FreeBSD is large
community with very different members. Speaking of me, for example, I
never get any money working on FreeBSD (excepting one time small payment
for early sysinstall), so my goal is to build ideal world in that area as
much as it possible and convenient for me.
