Just to let people know I'll be working on wu-ftpd heavily over the next
day or so - once I installed this new version on freefall I found that
you couldn't upload files to ~ftp/incoming as the ``ftp'' user couldn't
read that directory, causing ftpd to fail the upload, even tho it could
write to that directory :-(
