I wish to fix following things which break ABI backward compatibility
when libc version bump:

  - gethostbyaddr(3) prototype to conform to POSIX.
  - Fix wrong usage of EAI_MEMORY in getnameinfo(). It needs to
    return EAI_OVERFLOW.
  - Update res_update() and friends to BIND9's one.
  - Nuke some compatibility crufts for 6.X and earlier.

Sincerely,
