I've noticed that the 5700 and 5701 cause a system crash in our new supermicro dual xeon systems (P4DPR+) unless PCI-X is disabled (motherboard jumper). The 5700 (or 5701) is the only card on the bus. This is under FreeBSD 4.6 prerelease (and 4.5). 'bge0' is the 5701 in the map below. Is this expected behaviour?
