Oh, forgot to include,
I updated the doc tree today (this morning GMT even) 
from CVS and built cleanly from that.

So I don't think there is a problem with the markup.

This machine was also installed recently (4-5 weeks) from 4.5-R 
and up to date ports installed, I also keep all the ports
up to date regularly (god bless portupgrade).
Perhaps there is a problem with the upgrade process of one of the ports?
