Is anyone familiar with a program called "TIP" or "TipTemp" in Free BSD that
can be used as a terminial emulator to configure one of the async serial
ports on the back of a 486 DX computer to I/O with a temperature controller
for an HVAC system????

If you know about this program please tell me how to find it, access it,
configure it, and use it. Answers will be accepted in any order.

Thanks in advance!!
