The package named icu (International Components for Unicode (from IBM) was updated from version 4.8 to version 5.0. Many applications and libraries are depended of this package and all this can still work with version 4.8 only. Examples. $ mplayer /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libicui18n.so.48" not found, required by "libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0" $ vim /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libicui18n.so.48" not found, required by "libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0" $ firefox /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libicui18n.so.48" not found, required by "libdbus-glib-1.so.2" $ sylpheed /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libicui18n.so.48" not found, required by "sylpheed" $ libreoffice /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libicuuc.so.48" not found, required by "libsvtlo.so" And many others packages I can't run now. >How-To-Repeat: Just update ports to current tree and then packages. And after try to run any application that depended from icu. Examples are included in full description. >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
