Without going into great detail, I can safely say that myself and Brian
tried just about every combination of cvs add, cvs update (with combinations
of -f, -A, and -Pd), cvs ci (-f), and cvs rm that we could.

I had several different directories going. I don't think Brian (correct
me if I'm wrong) did a 'cvs add' the first time. I think he just committed
on top of it without using the traditional sticky tag method.

Oh well.
