Hi, Just upgraded from 9.2-PRERELEASE to the following: FreeBSD cognac 9.2-STABLE FreeBSD 9.2-STABLE #0 r259742: Sun Dec 22 20:01:13 CST 2013 root@cognac:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386 and started seeing the following error when I insert a USB flash drive.
