I forgot to mention that the patch was incomplete
and did not install pfstatd.8 and pfstatd, it does now.
Additionally the default configuration is read from
${PREFIX}/etc/pfstat.conf instead of /etc/pfstat.conf.

I added two testing queues and as the graphs[1] match
the output of pfctl, I assume the patch is correct.
