Visual symptom with outdated Firefox 63.0.3,1 from poudriere

Partly spun off from=20
<https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2018-November/071997.h=
tml>

After finding no sound in Firefox 63.0.3,1 or (deleted port) Waterfox 56.2.=
5, I
used poudriere to build packages for those two applications =E2=80=93 plus
firefox-i18n-63.0.3 =E2=80=93 then upgraded/installed using all three packa=
ges.=20

Waterfox is fine but Firefox had no sound.=20

<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DqvuhlrKikOc>; for example.=20

Visual symptom
--------------

KDE =E2=96=B6 Audio Volume (widget) =E2=96=B6 Applications =E2=96=B6 Playba=
ck Streams=20

> AudioStream: %2(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)

=E2=80=93 a side effect of bug 232355, I guess:=20

> www/firefox-i18n: language packs don't load

Should we keep this audio issue separate?=20

Workaround
=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D

I regained audio by removing firefox-i18n.
