The make release scripts generate a disc1/ directory that we build the ISO's from. :) The only difference between a cdboot ISO and a boot.flp ISO are the arguments you pass to mkisofs for booting. For a boot.flp ISO like the default ISO, you use "-b floppies/boot.flp".
