Patch to update default version of PostgreSQL to 9.5 with UPDATING

Thanks for the extra warning. I added it to the UPDATING instruction!

While i did know this, i didn't know (nor did i test) how the usage of
contrib-modules effects pg_upgrade. I was under the impression that using o=
ne
of the contrib-modules results in needing the contrib modules when executing
pg_upgrade?

Since there is no harm, i just let it in there.
