FYI I've resolved this problem recompiling the port after the change, in
Makefile, of --enable-dynamic with --enable-static

I'm trying to compile the Evolution 0.13 port, but the configure script halts
when it searches the db3 library: it seems to me that it wants a file called
/usr/local/lib/libdb-3.1.a, but in my /usr/local/lib directory (and also in the
db3 package list) there is only a .so file.

What's the problem?

Yours sincerely,
