ATAPICAM has been deprecated, CAM is the default now. In case you'd actually use ATAPI, try this: # mount_udf -r /dev/acd0 /mnt But note that /dev/cd0 would be the correct device on recent FreeBSD versions; there, # mount_udf -r /dev/cd0 /mnt should work.
