 Well this _seems_ to have fixed it.... I've got my remote backups of
 three machines (isn't rsync/ssh great!) onto the MO drive, and i set
 news.daily running at the same time.... no lockups since.

 So i just changed PCI latency to 32 and disabled all those PCI
 burst options things :)

 Thanks for all the assistance guys.. I was really pulling my hair
 there for awhile (was about to douse in petrol and burn the thing :)
