Yes, NAT on the WIN box. In this case the FreeBSD box would need to be behind the WIN box because the Juno software won't work on the FreeBSD box (although if you have some spare time and like WINE, the software may be able to work in WINE, but we had enough trouble keeping the Juno software working on vanilla Windows).
