There was a change in the overall driver architecture from 3.x to 4.x, the new
one is called "newbus" and not all drivers of i4b got converted early enough
to live in stock 4.x-stable.

Anyway: if you use isdn4bsd release 0.96 from 
	http://www.freebsd-support.de/i4b/releases.html
you get a driver called "ifpnp" for AVM Fritz! PnP.
(Please read the README carefully ;-)
