Hi; I setup VacatIon on my system and here is my .forward file: \frank "|/usr/bin/vacation -a frank" when mail is sent to user frank a copy is sent to local user 'frank' but the sender does not get a vacation reply message at all! in /var/log/maillog I see the following error: Sendmail: ... to:"|/usr/bin/vacation -a frrank" ctladder=<frank@pacex.net> .... mailer=prog stat=unknown mailer error 1 I am running sendmail-8.9.3 on a Fbsd-3.3-STABLE Thank you for all help Dan To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
