The file is 100% fetchable. You should consider altering your alerts
not to notify about files you skip attempting to fetch, or have never
attempted:

File: slony1-1.1.1.tar.bz2 has 1 possible URL: 0 OK, 0 bad, 1 skipped
Port maintainer: vivek@khera.org
http://developer.postgresql.org/~wieck/slony1/download/
slony1-1.1.1.tar.bz2: Not checked (Last actual result NEVER)
Summary 0 files fetchable out of 1

This port was updated yesterday afternoon to the 1.1.1 version.
