Hello,

I have a machine with an integrated Mach64 adapter and I would like to =
use the VESA_800x600 raster text mode. I have the appropriate options in =
my kernel and when loading the vesa kernel module it reports VESA v2.0 =
support. However, setting the video mode always fails with 'Operation =
not supported by device.'

Is there a good reference on what the requirements are for VESA_800x600 =
to work? I thought all I needed was 'options SC_PIXEL_MODE', the vesa =
module and reported VESA 2.0 support, but apparently this is not always =
the case.

-Will
