And add it to RELNOTES.TXT, in either or both of the i386 and alpha
directories as appropriate. We need to stay on top of this for the entire
liftime of 5.0-CURRENT, otherwise when people read that file at
5.0-RELEASE they won't realise how much new stuff exists.
