be=20open.=20Can=20you=20look=20at=20adding=20this=20information=20in=20to=
=20the=20Handbook=20as
it=20seems=20very=20relevant=20to=20me=20and=20caused=20me=20a=20lot=20of=20=
frustration=20trying
to=20figure=20out=20why=20CVSup=20wasn't=20working.

Also=20the=20link=20to=20the=20CVSup=20home=20page
(http://www.polstra.com/projects/freeware/CVSup/)=20doesn't=20seem=20to=20=
be=20a
valid=20link=20anymore.
