 One way is to  cd to your bin dists directroy

cat bin.* | tar xzvf - usr/bin/more 

 You could alos unpack the source and re-build it...

To read manpages you might also

setenv PAGER /usr/local/bin/less

 Less is better than more ;-) and allows you to do really neat things
like move up and down in the page.
