02 is PRIBUS
03 is SECBUS
04 is SUBBUS

From=20your previous mail, we know that fxp0 is on pci2.  Since it
really appears to be on the same bus as the cbb, one theory that I had
is busted, I think.  I'd thought that maybe there was a problem with
how pccbb assigns the bus numbers.  But unless I've misread something
there, it looks like this isn't happening...
