I thikn that you are correct.  You should setting mem_start to 0xd0000
and mem_end to be 0xdffff.  If you are having issues with IRQs, you
might try backing off to IRA interrupt mode, but if you are coming
from 4.5, I don't think I've changed anything in that area that would
cause you grief...
