All three are 500Mhz with only 64M, cause compaq compatable mem ain't cheap. I plan on redoing the 4.0c to 4.0r in the future and then playing around with striping...Personnaly you can build your own machine from stock parts, but you can't beat the 3yr warranty on this thing...
