 I believe the change to support USER_LDT in the generic kernel still has
 not been MFCed, or have I just missed that?
 
 Perhaps that would be a proper ``fix'' for this PR, namely to perform that
 MFC now.
 
 (Linux has had this feature for a couple of years now.)
