I just set up this box that has Windows 2000, Linux Mandrake 7.1 and
FreeBSD -CURRENT installed.

It cost me couple of days.

My lessons learned:

1. Start with Windows 2000 installation
2. Install FreeBSD second
3. Do Mandrake last

Have or create boot/rescue disks for FreeBSD and Linux
around - they might come very handy.

Problem.

We use Mandrake Linux with the Reiser file system.
I believe that was the reason, why I can't use FreeBSD's Booteasy as
boot loader.
For now I have to stick to the grub boot loader from the Mandrake
distro because that is the only one that is able to boot
all three OS's

Can some hacker confirm if booteasy needs to be made Reiser FS
aware or not?

For lack of a better idea, I use a FAT32 partition for data
that has to be shared between all three OSes.

Regards,
Marc
