Multicast doesn't work on the zp0 device.  If you configure the PCCARD
support and use the ep0 device it'll work.

Unfortunately, things are apparently very broken in 3.* with regards to
laptops, so I'd recommend going back to 2.2.8.  (Note, you don't need
PAO to do laptop support.)
