The 0.80 xpdf decrypt patch is almost impossible to fetch from
the one location that seems to have it.  (I managed to get it by
hand after letting ftp sit unmolested trying to connect for 15 minutes).

>How-To-Repeat:
remove xpdf-0.80-decrypt.patch from distfiles.  Try to make xpdf.

copy the patch to another location, OR
install the fixes from ports/13133 to update xpdf to 0.90 (I did this
by hand, and it seems to work fine).
