Did you try them and they did not work, or are you looking to see if 
they will work before you buy them?  I suspect they'll work since Dell 
uses mostly AMI cards which work with the amr RAID driver, or the 
Adaptec cards which work with the aac driver.  If you ask your dell 
server specialist, they can tell you what chipset is uses and that will 
be a better indication of whether it will work.
