Just to make it crystal clear, the topic is whether or not the ADA applies to commercial web sites. Everyone agress that it applies to web sites funded - even if only in part - by public funds. The documents posted on the DoJ web site indicate they believe that the ADA should apply to commercial web sites, but in their best legal opinion is still "maybe". You appear to believe that the ADA does applies to commercial web sites, based on nothing stronger than your opinion. If that's wrong, and you do have real evidence that the ADA applies to commercial web sites, I'd like to see it. I'm sure the DoJ would be interested as well. http://www.mired.org/home/mwm/ Q: How do you make the gods laugh? A: Tell them your plans.
