This might be a dumb thought, but is possible those other two are audio
inputs?  

My original Wincast TV/dbx for example has a TV cable screw on plug (for
antenna), a mini-DIN (for line out to soundcard), and 3 RCA inputs (video,
audio-LEFT, audio-RIGHT) for input from a TV pass-through, VCR or whatever.
