Another hearty thank you, thank you.  wrapers are long overdue.  Also
please make sure the man pages for hosts.allow, hosts.deny,
hosts_access, ... appear.  And it would be neat to have a skelton/sample
/etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny in the tree.
