Hi,

l2tpd is not a FreeBSD-specific implemantation.  You can get it at
http://www.l2tpd.org/downloads/.

There is a l2tp implementation as a netgraph node however, you can look
at it at

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/netgraph/

The specific files are ng_l2tp.c and ng_l2tp.h.
