The ata subsystem has always been a=20 very stable and functional part of FreeBSD for=20 me. Apart for some bleeding edge hardware (and=20 broken hardware), I never had to worry about=20 issues related to ATA. It all just worked, and=20 worked well thanks to your efforts. ---Mike=20
