Here is a patch which removes a sentence I think is redundant.
The first paragraph of section 3.9.1 talks about changing shell with 
chsh and an aditor, the second about using the -s flag with chsh. The 
next sentence suggests that running chsh with no parameters would work 
also, but that is in my eyes the same information as in the first 
paragraph mentioned above...
Don't know if this change is good or not (I think it's good) but here is 
the patch anyway...
