	You can argue that with IANA. I pasted exactly what they had.

	As much as I hate to give undernet that much credit, I'd rather go with
IANA's standard. If we're going to go with just one port, 6667 should be
it, and it should be labeled "ircd  6667/tcp Internet Relay Chat
daemon".
