That argument does not hold water as we don't protect others from DES and
other crypto code in src/crypto and on the CD.  If MIT has an issue due
to it's special relationship to the RSA code/patent, MIT mirrors can add
the files to an exclude list.

It should be added now, before internat and freefall diverge enough that
it is a PITA in September.  Also, it means that USA people do not get the
CVS history on changes between now and Sept.  Personally I use ``cvs
log'' quite a bit and do not want to be subject to a disconnect if I am
looking at the history of RSA code in the future.
